Every since I can remember my parents took me to visions source in bellaire, since we lived around that area, after we moved we still continued going there but as I got older I noticed their service was actually terrible and that my parents went there cause they didn’t know how to change to a different place and also because they were contracted with the insurance. As soon as I got a different insurance I looked for a different place and I stumbled across this place. Their service was 1000x better. I felt so comfortable and they were so kind and nice. Today I actually went in to order contacts after months of my appointment since I didn’t need them in that moment of my appointment and the lady at the front was extremely patient and helpful. I had broken my glasses the night before well a screw fell out and I took it just in case they knew a place I could go to get it fixed and she was so nice and ended up fixing it for me. I definitely appreciate this place and how nice and helpful they’ve been. They even have so many cute frames to choose from, I’ll definitely be going back to get another frame soon!
